3-Year Warranty

We craft our products to last for years. That's why all INCARNE® products come with a 3-year warranty — if a defect in materials or workmanship occurs, we'll make it right.

What "3-year warranty" means

The warranty covers defects caused by manufacturing or material faults under normal use conditions.

Warranty starts: from the date of purchase.
Duration: 3 years.

What the warranty covers

The warranty applies to manufacturing defects, including:

  • Stitching and thread: seam separation or thread breakage due to a manufacturing defect.
  • Structural elements: detachment or loosening of handle, strap, loop, or flap attachments — unless caused by overloading.
  • Hardware: snaps, screws, carabiners, buckles, magnets, zippers — unless the failure was caused by impact or forceful use.
  • Material: delamination or critical defects in leather or lining that result from a manufacturing fault, not from wear or damage.
  • Edge finishing: peeling or delamination due to a manufacturing defect (not due to friction, impact, or moisture).

What the warranty does NOT cover

  • Normal wear and tear: scratches, scuffs, patina, colour changes, leather creasing, signs of everyday use.
  • Water, moisture, chemicals, or heat exposure: stains, warping, delamination after contact with water; harsh cleaners, alcohol, solvents.
  • Mechanical damage: cuts, punctures, impacts, drop marks, damage caused by animals.
  • Overloading: carrying weight the product is not designed for, resulting in deformation, tears, or pulled-out attachments.
  • Improper use or care: machine washing, soaking, drying on a radiator or with a hairdryer, storing in damp conditions.
  • Third-party alterations: repairs, re-stitching, recolouring, or modifications done by third parties.
  • Natural characteristics of leather: variations in texture, natural pores, slight differences in shade — these are properties of the material, not defects.

How to make a warranty claim

1. Prepare the details

  • Your order number.
  • 2–5 photos: an overall view of the product + close-ups of the issue.
  • A brief description: what happened, when you noticed it, how the product was used.

2. Contact us

Reach out through any convenient channel: our contacts.

3. Assessment

In many cases, photos or video are sufficient. If a physical inspection is needed, we will discuss the best way to arrange it.

What we do under warranty

If the case is covered by warranty, we will, at our discretion:

  • repair the product free of charge, or
  • replace the product or the affected part if repair is not possible or practical.

If the case is not covered — we will honestly explain why and offer a paid repair if feasible.

Repair timeframes

Repairs typically take 3 to 21 business days from the moment the product arrives at our workshop. Timeframes may vary depending on workload and complexity — we always keep you informed.

Shipping and logistics

Because our workshop is located in Ukraine, international shipping for warranty claims is handled on a case-by-case basis. After we confirm the defect, we will work with you to find the most practical solution — whether that involves shipping the product to us, arranging a local repair, or a replacement.

Important

  • The warranty applies to products purchased through official INCARNE® channels and our authorised partners.
  • Personalisation (embossing, engraving) does not void the warranty on construction, stitching, or hardware, but may limit our ability to replace the product with an identical one.

Care tips

To help your product last longer:

  • avoid prolonged contact with water and chemicals;
  • do not overload bags and straps;
  • store the product in a dry place, preferably in a dust bag or its original packaging;
  • clean with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth and leather-appropriate products.
